Hi, I’m Marcus Rice, a Cotswolds-based wedding photographer with a love for documenting real moments and honest emotion—whether here in the English countryside or further afield. I’m lucky to call the Cotswolds home, a place filled with rolling hills, historic villages, and stunning wedding venues, but I also regularly travel for destination weddings across Europe.

My journey started in college while studying art and design, when I first picked up a 35mm film camera. That moment changed everything—I swapped the paintbrush for a camera, and it’s been by my side ever since. When I photographed my first wedding, I knew I’d found my path. The energy, intimacy, and emotion of a wedding day are like nothing else, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings in beautiful places like the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Provence, Ireland, Spain, and Croatia, each with its own atmosphere and story. Whether it’s a small elopement or a grand celebration, I bring the same calm, creative, documentary-style approach—capturing your day naturally and artfully, as it truly unfolds.

While I focus mostly on candid moments, I always make time for relaxed couple portraits in beautiful light—images that feel timeless and true to you, without stiff posing or pressure.
