EDITORIAL, TIMELESS and NATURAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
UK & DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
A documentary approach to wedding photography, held in the balance between observation and direction, between stillness and movement. I photograph each wedding in full and in sequence, watching for the unplanned moments and stepping in when the day needs shaping. My focus is on feeling rather than framing; on the emotion of the moment rather than the arrangement of it. The result is a record made to last — photographs that hold the day as it truly was, long after the details have faded.
“Marcus made everything feel effortless. The laughter shows in every image, and it feels like reliving the day all over again.”- Tilly & James
'‘Surpassed expectations! We're so happy with all the photos, we really love their warmth and natural style and they really capture the fun, love and happiness from the day'' - Molly & Hamish
"Can't thank Marcus enough honestly. Neither of us are naturally good in front of a camera, but he made us feel completely at ease from the start — which made such a difference. He's so calm and just gets on with it, so we actually got to enjoy the day rather than worrying about being photographed. And the photos are stunning. Genuinely couldn't be happier." - Grace & Mike
"Marcus was honestly brilliant. We had him out in Tuscany for our wedding and the photos are just unreal — we keep going back to them. He's such an easy person to have around on the day too, really calm, properly professional, just got on with it. Everyone commented on how chilled he was, which made a massive difference when things got a bit hectic." - Chloe & Sam
Hey there, I'm Marcus — a Cotswolds-based wedding photographer lucky enough to have captured hundreds of weddings across the UK and abroad.
For me, photography is more than taking pictures. It's storytelling. That's why I've built a style that's natural, honest, and made to last — so your wedding is remembered the way it felt, not just how it looked.
I'm there for the real moments. The bright smiles, the laughter, the tears, the quiet glances that nobody else catches. My approach is relaxed and documentary-led, with a bit of gentle direction when it helps — the kind of photos that feel effortless and full of personality.
Every wedding is different. A barn in the Cotswolds, a villa in Italy, a vineyard in France, a spontaneous trip to the Elvis Chapel in Vegas — I'll have my camera (and my suitcase) ready. Whatever the day looks like, I want the photos to feel like it actually was: honest, joyful, and real.
Because when it comes down to it, your wedding isn't about posing perfectly. It's about living it.
"A wedding photograph shouldn't tell you what the day looked like. It should remind you what it felt like to be in it."
